I know the title doesn’t make a sense when written in English. But in Japan it is, at least in some part of the country, not uncommon to eat horumon (Japanese pronounciation for hormone), which are the guts of pigs or sometime cow. Thats things like large and small intestines, stomach, heart, liver, and so on.
It’s one of those things either you love it or hate it. You often eat it grilled.
To be honest, I am not a big fan of these either. Just one or two. But its malinated in sauce, and the smell it gives when grilled on charcoal are irresistible!
